- Application will be evaluated when received in ONE complete package. Incomplete application will not be processed.
- Only prospective candidates will be interviewed by phone.

- Top selected candidates will be notified via email and offered a contract by the Chinese school in March 10-30
- All selected teachers must confirm their participation by signing the contract and release waiver.
- Selected teachers who have submitted the signed contract and release waiver, gratuity fee, and application fee will start making international flight reservations through a designated travel agency.
- All teachers must pre-pay the international roundtrip airfare through a designated travel agency.

- Information Packet (including school information, curriculum, and trip preparation) will be sent out.
- Group visa application will be done through a designated travel agency.

- 2010 Tentative Schedule (TBD): June 28 – July 25, 2010 (Note: Departure date is subject to change depending on availability of airplane tickets).
- Housekeeping information and roommate assignment will be emailed
- Final travel itinerary will be emailed
