     Please make sure that you include the following items in your application packet. Application must be mailed or emailed in ONE complete package. Incomplete application will NOT be processed.

• A Copy of Valid K – 12 Teaching Credential and/or ESL certificate.
  Note: College seniors who are in a teacher credential program must include their official college / university transcripts in the application.
• A Copy of Current Resume
• A Recent Photo
  Note: Your application will not be processed if your photo is not included in your application.
