Application Packet: 

Please make sure that you include the following items in your application packet. Application must be mailed or emailed in ONE complete package. Incomplete application (such as, missing documents, or missing information of references' email addresses, employment, etc. in the application form) will NOT be processed.

1. Completed Application Form.

2. A Copy of Valid K – 12 Teaching Credential issued by the state office of education in the USA.
   Note: College seniors who are in a teacher credential program must include their official college / university transcripts in the application.
3. One or Two Letters of Recommendation from school administrators and/or department chairs who have observed your classroom teaching.
4. A Copy of Current Resume.
5. A Recent Photo (Passport photo is acceptable.)

6. A 3 - 5 Minute Video Clip of Your Classroom Teaching(Optional, but to your advantage).

Note: Your application will not be processed if your photo is not included in your application.
