Application Dead Line:

Application must be received via postal mail or email by February 25, 2012 (Postmark date) . 

Note:  Received applications with a postmark date after February 25, 2012 will be placed on the waiting list.  Received applications with a postmark date after February 25, 2012 will be placed on the waiting list for 2012 and in the application pool for 2013.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible in order to reserve their selection and to allow sufficient processing time for passport (if you do not have one).
